Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your AutoMedic AI subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

To request a refund, email us at sbwcreditandliferepair@gmail.com or use the form on our Support page. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

New subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are never charged — so there's nothing to refund. After the trial, the 30-day money-back guarantee above applies to your first payment.

Cancelling stops future renewals and keeps your access until the end of the paid period; your account and vehicle information are preserved. A refund returns money for a payment already made. You can do either, or both, from your Account page or by contacting support.
