AutoMedic AI is operated by SBW CREDIT AND LIFE REPAIR LLC ("SBW CREDIT AND LIFE REPAIR LLC", "we", "us", "our"), trading as AutoMedic AI. When you create an account or purchase a subscription, you are contracting with SBW CREDIT AND LIFE REPAIR LLC.

AutoMedic AI is an AI-assisted vehicle diagnostics and maintenance platform for passenger cars, light trucks and commercial / heavy-duty vehicles. It provides ranked possible causes for reported symptoms, photo and sound analysis, maintenance tracking, repair cost estimates, a mechanic directory and related tools.

By creating an account, accessing or continuing to use AutoMedic AI, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use the service on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business; if you use it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.

AutoMedic AI returns ranked possible causes, troubleshooting guidance and recommended next steps. It does not provide a guaranteed mechanical diagnosis, and it is not a substitute for inspection by a qualified mechanic. Vehicle symptoms can have causes that software cannot observe.

Any result flagged red, and any Emergency Mode "stop driving" outcome, means you should stop driving when safely possible and seek professional assistance. You are responsible for the safe operation of your vehicle at all times.

You must not misuse the service. In particular, you must not:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose, fraud or spam.
• Infringe intellectual property rights in content you upload.
• Interfere with the service's security — including introducing malware, probing or scanning our systems, or scraping the service.
• Reverse engineer, resell, redistribute or circumvent technical limits of the service.
• Upload content you do not have the rights to use.

Diagnostic results are generated by artificial intelligence. You are responsible for the symptoms, photos, sounds and other input you provide, for how you use the output, and for verifying anything that affects safety or repair decisions with a qualified professional. AI output may be inaccurate and is not suitable as the sole basis for regulated professional decisions.

You must not use the AI features to generate illegal content, deepfakes, hate speech, malware or to attempt to bypass the model's safeguards. We may remove or restrict content, refuse or filter outputs, and suspend accounts that violate these rules. If you believe content on the service infringes your rights, contact us and we will review and remove it where appropriate; repeated infringement leads to account termination.

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

SBW CREDIT AND LIFE REPAIR LLC retains all ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including software, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan. You retain ownership of content you upload; you grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the service to you.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Your 7-day free trial converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends. Payments are processed securely by our payment processor, Stripe, and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

You can cancel anytime from your Account page. Cancelling stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

We work to keep AutoMedic AI available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Features may change over time.

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may cancel your subscription at any time; your account and vehicle information are preserved after cancellation. When access ends, you may contact us to request an export of your data before it is deleted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages — including loss of profits, data or goodwill — and our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

You indemnify SBW CREDIT AND LIFE REPAIR LLC against claims arising from content you upload, your unlawful use of the service, or your violation of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the seller's jurisdiction, and disputes will be heard in the courts of that jurisdiction unless mandatory local law gives you another venue. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
